Which file formats support "Direct Open" without a plugin?
Standard formats such as IFC, FBX, STP/STEP, STL, SketchUp (SKP), DXF, 3DXML, IGES, DAE, OSGB, and various GIS/Point Cloud formats (SHP, GeoJSON, PLY, LAS, LAZ, TXT, PCD, E57) do not require a plugin. You can open and upload these files directly.
What versions of Revit are supported by the Revit plugin?
Our Revit export plugin supports Revit versions from 2014 through 2025, and is compatible with both RVT and RFA file formats.
How should I prepare Shapefiles (SHP) for direct upload?
For a successful direct open/upload of GIS Shapefiles, you need to include the master .shp file along with its auxiliary files: the .shx index file, the .dbf attribute file, and the .prj spatial reference file.
