Which CAD and 3D model formats can be opened directly without plugins?
Formats such as Dxf, Sketchup (Skp), Ifc, Fbx, Stp/Step, Stl, 3Dxml, Iges/Igs, Dae, Tif, Osgb, Shp, Geojson, 3D Gaussian (Ply), Laz/Las, Ply, Txt/Xyz, Pcd, and E57 can be directly opened in the application without requiring any additional installation.
How do I upload Revit models, and which versions are supported?
We support Revit versions from 2014 to 2025 (Rvt and Rfa formats). To upload these files, you need to download and install our dedicated Revit Plugin to export them to GLZIP format before uploading.
What should I do if I want to upload PDMS or SP3D files?
For PDMS (Rvm+Att) and SP3D (Vue+Xml) files, you should first open them using Navisworks Manage (version 2022 and above for SP3D). Then, use our downloadable Plugin for Navisworks to export the model to GLZIP format for uploading.
Is AutoCAD format currently supported?
Support for AutoCAD (versions 2019-2024, Dwg format) is currently under development. A dedicated plugin to export AutoCAD models to GLZIP will be released soon.
