Why do we provide the Plugin?
Some 'generic' 3D/BIM model viewers often experience phenomena such as components randomly missing, materials being messed up, attributes lost, or even entire floors 'disappearing into thin air' when opening proprietary format models like .rvt, .dgn, .nwc, or .sldprt.
These are not accidental, but stem from the inherent limitations of the Open Design Alliance (ODA) solution they use at the core when handling complex 3D/BIM models.
This poses an unacceptable risk for users who rely on accurate 3D/BIM model data for collaboration, production/construction, inspection, or operations and maintenance management.
Therefore, we invest a large amount of R&D resources to develop data export plugins based on the official API for each mainstream BIM/CAD platform individually, to prevent the above issues. Moreover, our export plugins can also be synchronized and adapted with the official version updates of Revit, Tekla, Bentley, SolidWorks, and so on.

Which versions of Autodesk Revit are supported?
The Revit plugin supports versions from Revit 2014 all the way up to Revit 2025. It is fully compatible with both project (.rvt) and family (.rfa) file formats.
Can I use the Navisworks plugin to export PDMS and SP3D models?
Yes. PDMS models (.rvm + .att) and SP3D models (.vue + .xml) can be opened first inside Navisworks Manage, and then our Navisworks export plugin can convert them seamlessly into the optimized GLZIP format.
Are the plugins updated when Autodesk or Bentley releases new versions?
Yes. We dedicate continuous R&D resources to updating our export plugins in synchronization with the official releases of Revit, Tekla, Bentley, SolidWorks, and other mainstream engineering suites.
