For formats like Revit, Bentley, Tekla, Navisworks, Inventor, and Solidworks, you need to download and install our dedicated export plugin. Use the plugin inside your CAD software to export the model to GLZIP format, which can then be uploaded.
What does "Direct Open" mean?
"Direct Open" means that no plugin is required. You can upload the original file format (e.g., .skp, .ifc, .fbx, .stp, .stl, etc.) directly to our platform without any pre-conversion.
Is AutoCAD format supported?
Support for AutoCAD (2019-2024 version, dwg file format) is currently under development. The plugin for exporting to GLZIP will be available for download soon.
Which versions of Revit are supported?
We support Revit versions from 2014 to 2025, accommodating both Rvt and Rfa file formats via our Revit export plugin.
How should I prepare GIS or Point Cloud files for upload?
For GIS formats like Shp, please ensure you upload the master file along with the shx index, dbf attribute, and prj spatial reference files. For Point Cloud formats (Las, Laz, Ply, Pcd, E57), simply upload the master file directly.
