EU Publishes Proposals for Building Product Regulations

On 7 February 2024, the European Parliament and the Council published a proposal for a Regulation laying down uniform conditions for the sale of construction products, amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and repealing Regulation (EU) 305/2011 (COM/2022/144 final).
